This was a modern and nice little place to stay. Beautifully designed and cheap rooms with good heating system, heating, for example. A delightful decor. Honestly nothing to complain about.

modern lobby, charming accessibility features, nicely decorated
More attention to room cleanliness needed!!! Heating controls should be accessible to guests!!! Better soundproofing would significantly enhance the experience!!! Trash collection near parking requires urgent improvement!!!

It was just a top selection for a speedy visit in Luton with excellent value for money. The staff did nothing about the noise from druggies fighting in the hall all night. Make sure to find another place if you care about your safety.

Couldn't recommend more for a relaxing holiday
Caring staff, comfortable room, the staff were without a doubt the most caring wonderful people I could wish for given my trip reasons, and the hotel itself is not wonderful but cheap, making it a solid choice for budget travelers looking to explore the area.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Decent stay for the price
I stayed for one night in a standard double room, and I was actually surprised. The bed was comfortable, and the location is ideal for those needing quick access to the airport and local shops. The heating in the room struggled to keep us warm during the night, and the noise from outside was quite disruptive at times.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, always there when i needed them. My room was clean and comfy, perfect for resting after a long day. The location was great too, easy to get to local spots. Also liked that it was pretty cheap for what you get. Really appreciated the tea and coffee in the room, made mornings better!
The noise from outside was kinda annoying, especially at night. The cleaning service didn't come during my 2-night stay, disappointing.

Super clean accommodations provided a comfortable retreat, complemented by indulgent pastries that were a good treat. The experience was marred by inadequate facilities. Coupled with insufficient parking space and unhelpful staff, my expectations fell short.
